Love Last Forever v1 and v2
Towards the end of 2023, after the release of If Looks Could Kill, Destroy Lonely began working on his new project
titled: Love Last Forever, which saw heavy production credits from established trap producer Lil88. There were two
different phases to this era, though. First, there was LLF v1, which had much less influence from Lil88, due
to the fact that he had not been brought on as an executive producer yet. This era was characterized by a lot
it's insane beat selection and Lone's willingness to experiment with a (newly) raspier voice. Additionally, during this
time, Lone worked with producers from the Pink Noise collective, a production group created by MISOGI. The beats
created by this group were different from anything else that Lone had rapped on before, and I believe these songs
to be some of his best due to that. Snippets like "Perfect Aim" and "Head Hurting" were two standouts from late 2023,
and songs like "Loaded Up" and "Potato Loaded" (which did see an official release) marked the final songs from this period.
The sheer amount of skill and layers used in these beats by producers like @mysilentheaven, @ginsengx, @misogi, and @ryanjacobx is
amazing, but there was a change in direction after this point. This era lasted from late 2023 all the way up until early 2024, when he began
to transition into the sound that we hear on the album, LLF v2.

Towards the middle of 2024, beginning in March/April, Lone began making music with Lil88 as his executive producer.
This was the beginning of LLF v2, which was characterized by heavy trap production by names like Taurus, and Wheezy,
but also some familiar faces like Clayco and Dylxn, who collaborated with 88 on beats for this era. There are still
some snippets from the studio sessions in Miami characteristic of this era that have not been released, that Lone's fanbase has
"grailed" (meaning they are extremely wanted). Lil88 ultimately grew to be hated by a portion of the fanbase due to their claims that his hi-hat patterns
were extremely repetitive. A snippet that stands out from this era, though, is the snippet for "Maybach Cruisin", which uses the same
beat as "Rushin' It" by Lil Uzi Vert. Unfortunately, many songs from this era were previewed but never released, prompting diehard
fans to beg Destroy Lonely on Twitter/X for an official release. After Love Last Forever released in late 2024, there was a deluxe
released for the fans with many songs from LLF v1, which the fans were very appreciative of, but this marked the end of the LLF era.

<3³ v1 and v2
Lone stopped working with Lil88 as often at the beginning of the Broken Hearts 3 era, towards the end of 2024.
During this time, many different types of songs were previewed on his Instagram live, with a much wider beat selection and breadth
of producers than there was during LLF v2. The general trap sound began to fade away, and more synth-heavy or sample-heavy beats
were used during this time, from September 2024, all the way up until the first month or two of 2025.

A couple months before the release of Broken Hearts 3, Lone began to rap on beats by producers @thecxdy and @leadbluntt much more often.
Yet again, this era had much more experimentation than LLF v2, and many songs that made the cut for a release on <3³ were
recorded during this time period. Before the album released, Lone also began to work with a producer most famously known for his work with
Lil Uzi Vert, Bugz Ronin. While he is known as a 'trap producer', the production was still different from LLF v2, as Bugz Ronin worked mostly on the song to song transitions,
something that had not been done in a Destroy Lonely album before. The transitions really added a lot to the first listen and overall substance of the album, and
all together, the album felt as if it was arranged very carefully.

Ultimately, even though Destroy Lonely dropped an album this year, his fans are always hungry for more music. Currently, it is
unknown if there will be a deluxe for
Broken Hearts 3, so keep your eyes peeled on his
X account for updates.
If he were to drop a deluxe, or better yet, a deluxe with song selection similar to the one for
Love Last Forever, what songs would you like to see on it? For me,
it definitely has to be the songs from LLF v1, but his discography is so deep that I wouldn't be surprised if those songs
never see an official release.
